Charon is the largest moon of Pluto. In 2131, Pathfinder Tsiolkovsky confirmed the presence of a non-human structure in Charon orbit — formally designated the Charon Anchor by Dome 1’s 2139 assessment, classified as a Spatial Anchor. The Anchor is intact, still functioning, and produces no detectable emissions or anomalies. Styx and Kerberos, initially thought to be destroyed alien vessels, were reclassified in 2139 as debris from a second, destroyed Spatial Anchor — broken apart by an impact event approximately 1.6 million years ago. The Anchor’s material has no Solar System analog: density ~0.82 g/cm³, yield strength >180 GPa, zero thermal expansion, monolithic construction with no seams or internal architecture. The earlier informal characterization as a “calibration structure” was formally dropped in 2139. Power source remains unexplained (Vacuum Well hypothesis: zero-point field, fully enclosed quantum topology). Seven identical subsurface facilities have been located on Pluto’s surface.
