Carmen Andrija is the first person to speak publicly on behalf of Dominium Hominis since the group was driven underground by the 2105 ALSO raid. In a 2137 interview on Martian Radio’s “Red Static”, she described the movement as having begun in 2097 on Luna as a loose network of biohackers, distinguished the broader movement from the raided Artemis ALSO cell (which she characterized as an aberration dominated by a harder-line faction of retired NASA and Artemis personnel who “stopped seeing the difference between refusing Oracle and the UN itself as a whole”), and confirmed the group had filed petitions for removal from the UN Terror Organization List and for sanctioned pilgrimage access to the Pluto site. On the pilgrimage: “We’re asking to be allowed to stand near something that, for people who believe what we believe, whoever built those structures on Pluto, were the answers to our prayers.”
Her petition succeeded. In 2139, the first organized pilgrim group — 29 unarmed individuals — arrived at Boreas Station seeking Pluto passage. In 2140, Secretary-General Immanuel Hansen formally delisted Dominium Hominis and announced supervised pilgrim access to the Pluto subsurface facility beginning March 2, 2140, with 89 pilgrims across 12 ships gathered at Canteloupe.
