Birthplace of Oracle under the Aegis Protocol Charter (2089), designed by Dr. Elara Myles. As of 2129, custodian of the recovered Hygiea core (HR-1) under Dr. Ilse Vandermeer. Houses the Lattice-Well (50m subsurface) housing the CAI cluster. The largest of the original three domes and the largest single lunar structure upon completion.
