The Xenobiology Archive (xenobiology-archive.un) is a free, open-access public database of every catalogued non-terrestrial organism, launched in 2144 by the UN Office for Colonial Development jointly with Luna Research Dome 4’s Xenobiological Life Division. At launch it held records for 134,859 formally identified species across nine confirmed non-terrestrial biospheres — Callisto, six Saturnian D-chiral moons, and two Uranus/Neptune moons — with more than 600,000 additional specimens scanned and archived but not yet formally identified. Europa’s L-chirality organisms are filed in a separate terrestrial-lineage companion database; the Archive proper is reserved for mirror-chirality biospheres. The launch was timed with new UN plans for dedicated permanent research stations at several catalogued sites, shifting from rotating survey missions to local presence. Its Mars Field Program, working with a Pobeda University team led by Dr. Imani Everett, recovered the Utopia protocell populations (March 2167) — the first confirmed non-terrestrial proto-biosphere, protected in situ under Archive permit.
