Luna Research Dome 1 — energy security and engineering campus, located at the Tsiolkovsky consortium site on the lunar far side. Part of the Luna Research Dome network completed in 2069. Operates an independent fusion-adjacent power grid supporting the far-side radio-quiet array, plus fabrication and materials-testing workshops. Previously absorbed early-stage propulsion and reactor-scaling work before those programs were split off into Dome 5 in 2129.
