Chuangxin Mining Consortium is a Chinese mining firm and one of seven companies approved to operate on Ceres as of January 2100, having cleared Oracle review under Governor Liu Wenjing’s administration. Like the other six approved firms, it operates off-world manufacturing capacity for electronics and finished components rather than shipping raw extracted material back to Earth.
