The Soviet Union pivots to thorium, consolidates lunar helium-3, and builds the Kuzmin Drive while Western institutions fracture. By century’s end, the UN has relocated, orbital industry has rendered Earth-bound launch obsolete, and the Pathfinder Fleet departs for Jupiter. Closed with Emi Kato’s 2099 interview — the first Mars-born voice in the documentary record.
Era II · 2100–2199 ES — UN Interplanetary Governance
Ceres water-credit economics, first extraterrestrial life at Europa, D-chirality across nine worlds, the rise of CAI/Oracle, the Hygiea black site, the Pluto first-contact arc, the Charon Anchor and Vacuum Well hypothesis, the secret Vanguard battleship program, the Antimatter Bond’s overdue launch, and the Ark under construction at Pallas. Governance, embodiment, and the growing evidence that humanity is not alone.
